My last comment on the last post was supposed to be posted before before yours, which concluded relieving-ly. (I hadn't read it yet. - You put it up while I was writing my last worry. I was done too.)
I don't think talking about sex is gonna be any easier though, for me, but I love it, and I miss it. It's rare. I'm understandably discriminated by it, and I'm very discriminating. And I'm afraid of it never happening again.
I agree with Woody Allen...Masturbation is sex with someone that I love
But back to the depression controversy: I fell into a mirco-funk soonafter posting my comment about SAD, tanning beds, and exercise being a useful trinity in combatting Winter Depression. I did not follow my own advice it would seem. Nor did I follow the drama which ensued on your blog until just now. Nonetheless, I swear by this regimen. Reading through your comments I think that the biggest point of confusion is the important distinction between "feeling depressed" and "being [clinically] depressed".
Now let's talk about sex: More and more women seem to be interested in online pornography these days...do you think it enhances or diminishes sexual appetite?
lol...you guys crack me up. what are the topics? internet porn? what constitutes "good" sex? waiting for love or lust?
on the matter of porn...i remember getting my first home computer and going on the internet. one of the first things i did was to look at porn. it seemed so revolutionary! some say the porn industry demeans women. maybe more so nowadays with all the girls gone wild videos. i think it will always exist and...in some forms it can be very helpful for things to happen. :>)
i think i should make this topic an on-going feature here on my site...discussed in an intelligent way of course among friends.
I've always thought that the best of all worlds in regards to sex is for a person to lust after the one who they love.
That's as beautiful a sentiment as one can get.
Back during the summer there was an asshole that would pop up on my blog with asinine comments about my poetry , telling me that love and lust were an "old rag".
I told him it was older than Shakespeare and still alive and well long after we and our grandkids were dust and forgotten memories.
He didn't get the point and would come back every other post to talk about why he hates my poems. He claimed he was made sick of love poems by sad lonely poets at open mic events that he hosted. I was sick on behalf of these people that they had to put up with his crap. I eventually told him to look at the name of my blog, because if he didn't like love, he exhibits poor decision making skills and then puts them in writing. It got really ugly, then finally he left me alone. The guy acted like he had never lost an argument in his life. He picked the wrong blogger to bother with shenanigans, as I politely term the garbage that was spewed.
Sex gets people riled up, one way or the other.
But not here! A lively if light discussion and a wonderful tension breaker.
I like your idea of making sex an ongoing feature of your blog. And yes, serious discussion, not just a bunch of smut from perverts and assholes and predators.
Damn, that will teach me to keep up with my blog reading! I have only just caught up with this thread and see what I missed the opportunity to contribute to. I promise to keep up in future lol

Sex is like an ice cream sundae, once the whipped cream is gone there's nothing to chew on but the salty nuts...
Mmmm salty nuts. lol
Sex is like M&M's, I'd rather melt in her mouth than melt in her hands.

I offer this for debate: love waits, lust never can. It helped me sort my head out when I needed to.
sex? spreads good on toast! :O lol
Enhances. And relieves depression...
I don't want to talk about it ;)
I am rather enjoying the comments about it though :)
Women and net porn? Never thought of that. Seems like such a guy thing.
What is good sex?
Answer me that folks.
vergelimbo - I think online pornography diminishes sexual appetite.
I mean, every time I wind up ramming my tallywhacker into the monitor screen I can't get it up again for at least a week or two.
It hurts...
Really.
Me please. What aspect would you like to discuss? See, you caught my interest.

Damn, I missed out on the big orgy???? LMAO.
Sex is one of my favorite topics. I'm not ashamed of enjoying and talking about something so natural and normal.
I have no problem with porn in the least, I think it is a great addition to one's **aheam** "practice." ;)
I think more women than perhaps men think enjoy porn. My wife likes it nearly as much as I do I think!!
The human body is beautiful and meant to be admired in all its splendor.
Also, I don't think that there is anything wrong with flirting. It's fun!!
I'd rather be doing it than talking about it!!!!
Damn, that will teach me to keep up with my blog reading! I have only just caught up with this thread and see what I missed the opportunity to contribute to.

Yes yes yes
