a note to myself
I only want to associate with people who are truly good for my mental health. Some people are good and nurturing for your mental health and some people make you crazy and distract you from your path. My good mental health is worth protecting.
Just make sure you exercise the choice you want to make not what others want! You look after yourself as I would really miss you here if you ever chose to abandon blogging
agree totally. also one thing I've found that really helps depression is to help someone else.
babysit for a friend, visit a lonely old person, sign up to a "Big Sister" program, participate in "Meals on Wheels". there are lots of volunteer projects that need assistance.
I know when you're really down that motivation can be a problem so baby steps at first. these things have boosted me in the past. eventually I ended up volunteering as an english teacher in a vietnamese orphanage duting my annual leave. you never know where things like this can take you.
I really hope you feel lighter soon. depression is so all encompassing xx

Amen!!
Lately, I have been avoiding some blogs that bothers me and that I rather hand around bloggers that I enjoy reading. So, I agree with you on this one.
