I'm finally finished with my extremely hectic day and wanted to come back to comment on your thursday pages...but I guess i missed them.
Each time I fall deep below the surface, I tend to reject (or deny) that depression has taken over. It's almost like I don't want to look it (or myself) in the face. But after I've begun to surface and have achieved some distance it is safer to look back and see where I've been. For me, medication has been a Godsend. I wish you well, my dear.
