No Time
I have no time for MS or depression these coming weeks! I am too busy!
Do you think it is possible to keep these beasts at bay as I have too much to do?

Hi,
A friend noticed your blog and sent me the link. I have both MS and depression/bipolar too.
I just take it day by day and stay busy. I still work so that's easy ;)
Onward! Love is the greatest thing above all others. I have loved many and been lucky enough to have many that love me. If there is a god, I sometimes think love is the essence.
Liked your kissing thread. I know what you mean about anticipation! I've found that simply holding hands is such a turn on kind of in that same way.
Here's to you--you wonderful romantic! Not many of us around these days.
Merely---Won’t address the issue of MS because I don’t have experience with it. I do know a little about depression. My guess is that... If the things that you want to accomplish are doable and you are able to keep your focus...Exhaustion may turn out to be a bigger worry than depression. Good luck!!!
Merelyme, hope you are able to get enough rest and eat your meals regularly though you will be busy. My own personal experiences are that after some days when I am too busy and stressed up, not enough sleep and rest, not eating properly, no exercise, my mood will drop and when I don't do something about it, an episode of severe depression will follow which often last for 3 to 6 months. So in your busy schedule, hope you get enough sleep, food and exercise. Take care! Regards, Nancie
MM, just enjoy your tasks and don't try to do too much, too soon. Remember to rest each day, have time for YOU, just you. Light a candle, have a soak in bubbles, read, eat chocolate, listen to music, do nothing, be YOU. Then the busy-ness will fall into place.
So speaks one who knows - and disobeys her own words.

Yes,I was a little under the weather for a spell, but I'm bouncing back and just wanted to bounce in here and say hello.
Hello!
With a positive attitude, I think that all things are possible. But, rest when you can, because I know how vital that is.
Just from what I've read in your posts, if you want to keep it at bay you will! Just don't over do it, stop once in a while and smell the roses.
"I have no time for MS ..."
Now if we could work it the other way around!
yah, go give those beasties a good kick in the butt, i say ..
xoxo
That's the positive attitude and moving on with life is what we are to do. :) I never had time for MS either.
I know that you'll do your damndest and that's the best anyone can ask for.
