As you continue to share, it certainly touches someone. I've seen that same expression in my own face on occasion. You give validation to those who might not be able to face themselves.

Hi Merelyme,

Ta for stopping by at my Blog.

I read your post on Depression and I got a lot from it.

I really like this quote and I see the nobility in it:

"Ask not for Victory,
Ask for Courage.
For, when you go on, in a struggle,
You bring honour to yourself.
Even more, you bring honour to us all."

I have gotten a huge amount from your posts.

Some days you're the Iceberg; some days the Titanic!

See you,

Hugh

You actually look fabulous. I love the hair. Did I miss the point of the photo or were you illustrating that you feel better? If I did get this wrong I apologize but you really do look beautiful.

awww thanks guys for your comments. i am not sure what the point of my photo is...i guess i am just wondering why the camera always catches my sadness even when i am unaware. i feel like i don't know who i am anymore...i needed a concrete visual to...see myself to prove that i am not a ghost. i do exist...i think.

You remain ever a lovely and complex lady, and that is who you are and it adds some enchantment. Lovely photo with sadness in your eyes. May it all get better.
Thank you for coming by my blog. It's always a treat to hear from you.

Why does the word beautiful seem so inadequate?

Beautiful. I've missed this blog while I have been away. How are you? I can tell a lot from the picture, but hope you are OK anyway.

Take care,

You look like you're in a far off place of contemplation...
